This is an early instance of Fair Game activity. Harvey Jackins was one
of the first Dianeticists, active as early as 1950 or 51. He broke with
LRH in the early years as did many others - essentially they formed an
early version of the Free Zone.

Jackins was the most successful of this group. He developed re-evalua-
tion counseling, sometimes called co-counseling, remained largely under
to GO's radar, and is still active today. Re-evaluative counseling
groups exist throughout the US and all over the world. It is the
longest surviving, and one of the most thriving, squirrel groups ever
formed, an origin not mentioned in any of its materials that I have
ever seen. It can be found on the web at www.rc.org.
